<br />I <br /> <br />83~U1910 <br /> <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />ELMER HALL and RUTH HALL, husband and wife, herein called <br />the Grantors, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER GOOD AND <br />SUFFICIENT CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Larry E. Carlson and Karen M.
