SURVIVORSHIP wARRANTY DEED 84 <br />RUBEN MEIER - and JOYCE MEIER, husband and -wife each in theirl <br />own right and as spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors'; <br />for and in consideration of the sum of' THIRTY-SEVEN 'THOUSANB AND' <br />N01100 DOLLARS ($37,000.00} received from Grantees, do grant; - =; <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto PHILIP D. _BORAX and -LINDA <br />SUSAN HORAX, husband and wife; as joint tenants with right of <br />survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein called the <br />Grantees; the following - described real estate in Hall County,:. <br />Nebraska: <br />A portion of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (NE4SEh,) of Section. Two <br />(2), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Teri <br />(10) west of the 6th. P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as, <br />follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner <br />of said NE.SEh and running west along the <br />North line of said NE.SE., a distance of <br />660.02 feet; thence a deflecting angle left <br />134'45'20 ", and running 929.42 feet South- <br />easterly to a point on the East line of said <br />NE.SE., thence a deflecting angle left <br />134 °45'20" and running North 660.02 feet to <br />the point of beginning, containing 5.00 acres <br />more or less, the easterly 33 feet of which <br />being Hall County road .right -of -way; <br />TO HAVE AND To HOLD the premises above - described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and <br />assigns forever.
