From this reference point proceeding ~a~*aFgA~R ~apgIfgrrt6 hundred thirty-five point three (135,3) feet distant from f"~ the East line of said Lot 10 a distance of five hundred ninety (590.0) feet to a point, which point is the actual point of beginning for the description of this Tract. Com- mencing at this point of beginning thence continuing Northerly on the same line extended a distance of four hundred seventy- three point six (473,6) feet to a point on the Southerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, thence in a North- easterly direction at an angle of sixty eight degrees thirty- five minutes (68~35') to the right along and upon the Railroad right of way line a distance of four hundred forty one point six (441,6) feet, thence in a Southerly direction at an angle of one hundred eleven degrees twenty-five minutes (111025') to the right a distance of six hundred thirty-nine point seven (639.7) feet, thence Westerly at an angle of ninety degrees thirty eight minutes (90038') to the right a distance of four hundred eleven point two (411,2) feet to the point of beginning. Said tract containing five point twenty-five (5.25) acres more or less which includes one half of the road on the West side of said tract.
