<br />furnish the purchaser with a certificate of completion, and

<br />of the improvements called for in said deed, and

<br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Agency, of the City of Grand Island
<br />Nebraska has completed all of its obligations contained in said deed, as seller,

<br />NOW THEREFORE, The Community Development Agency of the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, hereby certifies that the said purchaser has completed the (construction)
<br />(rehabilitation) of the improvements called for in the said deed, This certi-
<br />ficate constitutes a conclusive detennination of the satisfaction and termina-
<br />tion of the covenants and agreements in said contract and deed with respect
<br />to the obligations of the purchaser to complete the (construction) (rehabilitation)
<br />of the improvements called for in said deed..,

<br />IN HITNESS THEREOF. the Community Deve lopment Agency of the Ci ty of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, has caused this Certificate of Completion to be duly executed
<br />on its behalf by its Director this 18th day of April 19 83
