Real. Estate means: The-real estate legally de- <br />scribed-upon.Exhibit-A,.at- <br />tached hereto-and made a-part <br />hereof by this reference:- <br />2. Hall County means: County of Hall, State. of <br />Nebraska. <br />3. Trustee means: First National Bank of .Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, located at <br />202 west Third Street, Grand-. <br />Island, Nehraska. <br />4. Eihusen means: Virgil Eihusen, an individual <br />of 717 Stagecoach Road, Grand- <br />Island, Nebraska. <br />5. lease means: The Lease and Agreement between- <br />Ha1I County, as Lessor, and Mayhew <br />Products Co., as Lessee, dated <br />November 15, 1973, and recorded <br />in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />in Sook 26 at Page 1 as amended <br />by the First Supplement tv Lease <br />and Agreement recorded in Book <br />26: at Page 267. <br />6. CLIC means: Commercial Loan Insurance Corpo <br />ration of MGZC Plaza, Milwaukee, <br />Wisconsin 53201. <br />ARTICLE II <br />WARRANTIES <br />A. Hall County and Trustee agree that: <br />1. All legal action necessary to deprive Mayhew <br />Products Co, as original lessee and its assignee Mutual Sign <br />Co., and each of them, of any further rights as lessee under <br />the Lease has been taken and neither of them have any further <br />rights thereunder and the lease has been terminated. <br />2. Ha11 County and Trustee are authorized to <br />enter into this Substitute Lease Agreement and to hereby <br />relet the Project to Eihusen upon desirable terms and conditions. <br />3. CLIC has consented in writing to this Substitute <br />Lease Agreement. <br />4. All payments due under the Lease through the <br />month of December, 1983, have been paid to the Trus-tee or <br />have been otherwise provided for to Trustee's satisfaction. <br />Taus tee-has. paid all accrued interest due on the bonds <br />-1;.. <br />
