Assignment of Rents; Ap~intment of Receiver; Lender in Possession. As additional security hereunder. 'Future Advances. Upon request ofBorro'''er, Lender, at Lender's option, prior to full reconveyance of the Property <br />by Trustee to Borrower, may make Future Advances to Borrower.
