<br />SPEC~AL WARRANTY DEED

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN, a United States corporation, of the County of
<br />LanCaster, State of Nebraska, in consideration of the payment of the
<br />sum of Thirty Thousand Five Hundred and No/lOO Dollars ($30,500.00),
<br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />does hereby sell and convey unto JIMMY W. BELL AND TERESALBELL, husband
<br />and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as
<br />tenants in cowmon, the following described premises, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Fractional Lot Six (6), Block Thre (3),
<br />Nagy's Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and complement Fractional Lot Six (6),
<br />Block Three (3), Original Town, now City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, free and clear of
<br />all encumbrances except easement and restrictions of record, and does
<br />covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against any act of
<br />said grantor or any other person claiming through or under it.
