<br />EDWIN C. SITTLER and JANICE K. SITTLER, other
<br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of each/ GRANTOR, in consideration of

<br />One Dollar and valuable consideration

<br />~ received from GRANTEE,
<br />
<br />KNOTT'S INC., a Nebraska corporation,
<br />
<br />quitclaims to GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb Rev. Stat. 76-201):
<br />
<br />A part of Lot 4 in Block 42 in the Original Town, now City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />
<br />All of said Lot 4 excepting the Easterly 25 feet three inches thereof;
<br />and together with the Easterly onehalf of Locust Street abutting the
<br />Westerly side of said Lot 4, and previously vacated by the City of
<br />Grand Island by Ordinance No. 5282.
<br />
<br />Grantors also hereby relinquish and quit claim to the Grantee any
<br />rights the Grantors have under an Agreement dated August 17, 1981
<br />including any right of refusal for the purchase of the Easterly
<br />25 feet 3 inches of said Lot 4 in Block 42 in the Original Town,
<br />now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
