<br />lIODIFICATICN. AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT

<br />DWAINE E, ANDRINGA and PHYLLIS 1. ANDRINGA, Husband and Wife,
<br />whether one or lIDre, herein called the Mortgagor, and The Overland National
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called
<br />theM:>rtgagee, hereby agree as follows:

<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate
<br />lIDrtgage dated Jtllle 25, 1981, and recorded on July 2, 1981, as Ibcument No.
<br />81-003458 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in
<br />consideration of a certain lIDrtgage note for $20,000.00, a valid subsisting
<br />obligation of the. Mortgagor, and payrrent of the remainder of the principal
<br />and' accrued interest thereon shall be due according to the' teTllE of. the
<br />, aforementioned real estate lIDrtgage, lIDdified and payable in the following
<br />manner:

<br />A lIDrtgage note dated Jtllle 25, 1981, on which a principal
<br />balance of $18,743.15 remains tlllpaid will be repaid in
<br />lIDnth1y payrrents of $300.00, applied first to interest
<br />and the balance to principal, beginning April 15, 1983,
<br />and on the 15th day of every lIDllth tllltil March 15, 1984,
<br />at which time the entire principal balance and accrued
<br />interest is due and payable in full.
<br />
<br />2. All other tenns and conditions contained in the original real
<br />estate lIDrtgage dated Jtllle 25, 1981, sball remain the sane, and this
<br />M:xlification Agreanent is made a part of the original real estate lIDrtgage
<br />by reference and shall inure to all successors and asSigns and their heirs.
<br />
