HARTMANN and ELAINE HARTMANN, his wife, NORMA JEAN <br />METTINBRINK and ELMER METTENBRINK, her husband, CONRADEAN SHEAGLEY <br />and MARK SHEAGLEY, her husband, HOWARD HARTMANN and ROSE MARY <br />J. HARTMANN, his wife, and LOIS NIEMOTH (formerly Lois Boeka) <br />and RALPH D. NIEMOTH, her husband, GRANTORS in consideration <br />of FIFTY THOUSAND & NO/100 DOLLARS ($50,000.00) received from <br />GRANTEES, JOHN D. MOSS and VIOLA R. MOSS, husband and wife <br />convey to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in <br />common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev.
