<br />WHEREAS, a certain deed was given dated
<br />document no. 83-000053 in the Office
<br />County, Nebraska and said deed was subject to
<br />restrictions contained therein, and
<br />
<br />November 19, 1982 and recorded as
<br />of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />the covenants, conditions and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the said deed provides that upon completion of the (construction)
<br />(rehabilitation) of the improvements, the Community Development Agency will
<br />furnish the purchaser with a certificate of completion, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the purchaser has completed the (construction) (rehabilitation)
<br />of the improvements ca lIed for in sa id deed, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Agency, of the City of Grand Island
<br />Nebraska has completed all of its obligations contained in said deed, as seller,
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, The Community Development Agency of the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, hereby certifies that the said purchaser has completed the (constructicn)
<br />(rehabilitation) of the improvements called for in the said deed. This certi-
<br />ficate constitutes a conclusive determination of the satisfaction and termina-
<br />tion of the covenants and agreements in said contract and deed with respect
<br />to the obligations of the purchaser to complete the (construction) (rehabilitation)
<br />of the improvements called for in said deed..,

<br />IN WITNESS THEREOF, the Community Development Agency of the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, has caused this Certificate of Completion to be duly executed
<br />on its behalf by its Director this 12th day of April 19~.
