-. ..: I CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION 5D-o~:L ~"-I/h ~. ~~a-<t~ 83- 001744 West Lawn Addition RE: Lot Three (3), Block Five (5), College Addition to to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska WHEREAS, a certain deed was given dated document no. 83-000051 in the Office County, Nebraska and said deed was subject to restrictions contained therein, and November 19, 1982 and recorded as of the Register of Deeds, Hall the covenants, conditions and WHEREAS, the said deed provides that upon completion of the (construction) (rehabilitation) of the improvements, the Community Development Agency will furnish the purchaser with a certificate of completion, and WHEREAS, the purchaser has completed the (construction) (rehabilitation) of the improvements called for in said deed, and WHEREAS, the Community Development Agency, of the City of Grand Island Nebraska has completed all of its obligations contained in said deed, as seller, NOW THEREFORE, The Community Development Agency of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereby certifies that the said purchaser has completed the (construction) (rehabilitation) of the improvements called for in the said deed.
