83- 001736 RELEASE OF CONSTRUCTION LIEN FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of payment in full of the debt referred to therein, RANCO FERTISERVICE, INC., a corporation, hereby releases the Construction Lien filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82-003897, which lien was filed therein on or about September 8, 1982, at 10:40 a.m, The real estate described in said Construction Lien, and to which this Release applies is the following two parcels, all situated in Hall County, Nebraska: PARCEL NO. 1 All that part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N~tM%) of Section Six (6), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth P,M" lying North of the Right-of-Way of the Union Pacific Railroad, excepting therefrom that part conveyed to the State of Nebraska by Deed recorded in Book 75, at Page 72, of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; also excepting therefrom that part described in the Leasing Agreement recorded in Book 4, at Page 519 of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska; and also excepting therefrom a strip of land of highway Right-of-Way as described in Return of Appraisers recorded in Book 4, at Page 535 of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
