<br />83-001"733 <br /> <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED UPON SALE <br /> <br />ROBERT W. RIEKE, Trustee, does hereby grant and convey, without <br />any covenant or warranty, express or implied, to the Administrator of Veterans <br />Affairs, his successors and assigns, (hereinafter called "Grantee") thefollowil1g <br />described property: <br /> <br />The Southerly One-Half (S 1/2) of Lot Four (4), in Block One Hundred <br />Thirty-Three (133), in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addi~ <br />tion to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described property unto the <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns. <br /> <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred upon said <br />Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust dated February 26, 1982, executed by <br />Robert Lee Connolly, a single person, as Trustor, to Lawyers Title Insurance <br />Corporation, as Trustee, and Superior Mortgage, lnc" as Beneficiary, recorded <br />March 1, 1982 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 82-000760, to secure payment of one certain Promissory Note in <br />the original sum of $18,000,00 and interest, as therein provided. <br /> <br />Default has occurred under the terms of said Deed of Trust and the ob- <br />ligations secured thereby, as more particularly set forth in the Notice of Default <br />recorded December 21, 1982 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 82-005396. <br /> <br />On December 22, 1982, copies of the Notice of Default with the record- <br />ing date shown thereon, were mailed to the Trustor and all other interested <br />parties by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the <br />address shown in said Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />After the lapse of not less than one month, Robert W. Rieke, Trustee, <br />in consequence of the Notice of Default and in compliance with the terms of the <br />Deed of Trust, did execute a Notice of Trustee's Sale stating that the above <br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash <br />in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on the 16th day of March, 1983, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. The Notice of <br />Trustee's Sale was published in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper <br />having general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, with the first publication <br />being made on February 1, 1983, and thereafter on February 8, 1983, February <br />15, 1983, February 22, 1983, and March 1, 1983. <br /> <br />On February 2, 1983, copies of the Notice of Trustee's Sale were mailed <br />to the Trustor and other interested parties by certified mail, return receipt <br />requested, postage prepaid, to the address shown in said Deed of Trust and an <br />Affidavit to that effect was recorded February 4, 1983, in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No, 83-000584, <br /> <br />All applicable statutory provisions of the State of Nebraska and all <br />provisions of the Deed of Trust have been complied with as to the acts to be per- <br />formed and notices to be given, <br /> <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />L <br /> <br /> <br />.-J <br />
