<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED UPON SALE
<br />
<br />Title Insurance Company of Minesota, Trustee, does hereby
<br />grant and convey, without any covenant or warranty, express or
<br />implied, to the Administrator of Veteran's Affairs, (hereinafter
<br />called ftGranteeft) the following described property:
<br />
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Five (5), in Gilbert's Addition,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred
<br />upon said Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust dated March 31,
<br />1981 executed by Grady Charles Hinton and Letetia Karen Hinton,
<br />husband and wife, Trustors, recorded on March 31, 1981 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at
<br />Document No. 81-001577, to secure the payment of one certain Note
<br />in the original sum of $42,800.00 and interest, as provided
<br />therein. The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to BI Mortgage Co., Inc., as successor Beneficiary,
<br />which assignment was recorded on April 8, 1981 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No.
<br />81-001742. Said beneficial interest was further assigned to
<br />Western Securities Company, as successor Beneficiary, which
<br />assignment was recorded on June 21, 1982 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 82-
<br />002496, and pursuant to such assignment Title Insurance Company
<br />of Minnesota, a Minnesota corporation, was appointed as substi-
<br />tute Trustee under the Deed of Trust.

<br />Default has occured under the terms of said Deed of Trust
<br />and the obligations secured thereby, as more particularly set
<br />forth in the Notice of Default recorded December 30, 1982 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at
<br />Document No. 81-005516.
<br />
<br />On January 3, 1983 a copy of the Notice of Default was
<br />mailed to the Trustors and all other interested parties entitled
<br />to notice pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act by certified
<br />mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid.
<br />
<br />After the lapse of not less than one month, Trustee, in
<br />consequence of the Notice of Default and in compliance with the
<br />terms of the Deed of Trust did execute a Notice of Trustee's
<br />Sale, stating that the above-described property would be sold at
<br />public auction to the highest bidder for cash at the north door
<br />of the Hall County Courthouse on March 22, 1983 at 10:00 A.M.
<br />The Notice of Trustee's Sale was published in the Grand Island
<br />Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, with the first publication being made on
<br />February 11, 1983 and thereafter on February 18, 1983, February
<br />25, 1983, March 4, 1983 and March 11, 1983.
