The following-described real estate is subiect to the <br />terms and conditions of the Agreements For Restrictive Covenants, <br />Restrictions And Conditions For Riverside Acres: <br /> <br />Lot Twentv 120\, Block Two (?\, in Replat <br />of Riverside Acres, an Addition to t.he City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />The real estate hereinabove described is owned by <br />Norma T~.
