Pursuant to the Agreements For Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions And Conditions For Riverside Acres, the Improvement and Upkeep Committee has established an assessment against each lot owner in the Riverside Acres Subdivision i'or a sum not in excess of One Hundred and No/IOO Dollars IS100.001 per year so as to enable the Improvement and Upkeep Committee to carry out its purposes as stated hereinabove. 3. The following-described real estate is subiect to the terms and conditions of the Agreements For Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions And Conditions For Riverside Acres: Lot Twentv 120\, Block Two (?\, in Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition to t.he City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The real estate hereinabove described is owned by Norma T~. Hartman and is subiect to an "Agreement For Narranty Deed", dated ,July 30, 1 'l79, bv and between Norma Hartman, as Seller, and Rulen C. .'1hi tten, as Buyer, providing for the sale of said real estate on contract with the final payment due August 1, 1984.
