<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
<br />Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Fred: W.
<br />Stoltenberg, Deceased, Grantors, convey and release:
<br />1. To Emma Stoltenberg, Grantee:
<br />An undivided one-half interest in the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE;) of Section Sixteen (l6}, Township,
<br />Twelve (12} North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th
<br />F.M., Hall County, Nebraska, subject to easements
<br />and restrictions of record; and,
<br />2. To Emma Stoltenberg, Grantee, a life estate interest
<br />in the remaining:
<br />Undivided one-half interest in the Northeast
<br />Quarter {t;E;) of Section Sixteen (16}, Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10), West of the-6th
<br />P.iS., Hall County, Nebraska, subject to easements
<br />and restrictions of record; and,
<br />3. To Donald E. Stoltenberg, Grantee, the remainder
<br />interest after the expiration of Emma Stoltenberg's life
<br />estate above in:
<br />An undivided one-half interest in the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NEB} of Section Sixteen (16), Township
<br />Twelve {12) North, Range Ten (10}, west of the 6th
<br />F.M., Hall County, Nebraska, subject to easements
<br />and restrictions of record.
<br />This conveyance of the above real estate is according
<br />to Paragraphs ~ and 6 of the Last Will and Testament of Fred
<br />W. Stoltenberg, filed July 22, 1483, in Hall County Court,
<br />Case No. P83-133, a copy of which Will is attached hereto,
<br />marked Exhibit '"._" and .,,ade a part hereof by this reference.
<br />Granters have determined that the Grantees are the
<br />persons entitled to distribution of the real estate from
<br />said estate. Grantors covenant with Grantees and Grantors
<br />have legal power and lawful authority to convey and release
<br />the s3i?!e.
