<br />I <br /> <br />, . <br />, <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />83-001646 <br /> <br />PROMISSORY NOTE <br /> <br />FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($5,000.00) <br /> <br />Grand Island, NebraSka <br />October 7 , 1981 <br /> <br />Five years after date, for value received, we, the undersigned, <br />promise to pay to Henry M. Showalter and Thelma M. Showalter, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, <br />or order, at Grand Island, Nebraska, the SQ~ of Five Thousand Dollars <br />($5,000.00) with interest at the rate of ten per cent (10%) per annum <br />prior to maturity, with interest at the highest rate permitted by <br />applicable law not to exceed fu~ per cent ( /~ %) per annum <br />after maturity. <br /> <br />Interest is payable annually on anniversary date hereof. <br /> <br />All parties to this Note, including the makers, indorsers, <br />sureties and guarantors, and whether bound by this or by separate <br />instrument or agreement, hereby waive presentment for payment, demand, <br />protest, notice of non-payment, or dishonor and of protest, and any <br />and all other notices and demands whatsoever, and hereby consent that <br />at any time, or from time to time, payment of any sum payable under <br />this Note may be extended without notice, whether for a definite or <br />indefinite time. In the event any such party to this note defaults <br />in the payment of any obligation due any creditor, then, at the option <br />of the holder hereof" this note together with the accrued interest <br />and all other loan charges thereon shall become immediately due and <br />payable.
