<br />RELEASE OF PART OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Home Federal Savings and
<br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, for valuable consider-
<br />ation to it, in hand paid, the receipt \vhereof is hereby acknowl-
<br />edged, does hereby release the following described real estate,
<br />situate in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to wit:
<br />
<br />Beginning at a point 272.5 feet West and 33 feet North
<br />of the Southeast corner of Section Twenty-four,
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West, said
<br />point also being along the northerly line of Stolley
<br />Park Road; thence northerly 272.5 feet from and
<br />parallel to the East line of Section 24-11-10 for
<br />a distance of two feet; thence deflecting left in
<br />a westerly direction for a distance of 31.504 feet
<br />to a point 1.5 feet North of the northerly line of
<br />Stolley Park Road; thence continuing in a westerly
<br />direction 1.5 feet from and parallel to the northerly
<br />line of Stolley Park Road for a distance of 401.61
<br />feet; thence deflecting left in a southerly direction
<br />along the easterly line of U.S. Highway 281 for a
<br />distance of 1.62 feet; thence deflecting left along
<br />the northerly line of Stolley Park Road for a distance
<br />of 432,49 feet to the point of beginning,
<br />
<br />from the mortgage given thereon, together with other property,
<br />by Stephen E. Hansen and Judy D. Hansen, which mortgage is
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />
<br />And in consideration of said payment it does hereby remise,
<br />release, and forever quitclaim unto said Stephen E. Hansen and
<br />Judy D. Hansen, their heirs and assigns forever, all and singular,
<br />the land and premises hereinbefore described, together with all
<br />and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging; but it is expressly stipulated, agreed and
<br />understood that said mortgage is and shall be in full force,
<br />virtue and effect as against all the real estate described therein
<br />except the parcel herein released.
