<br />RELEASE OF PART OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Home Federal Savings &
<br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, for valuable consider-
<br />ation to it, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
<br />edged, does hereby release the following described real estate,
<br />situate in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to wit:
<br />
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block
<br />6, Kay-Dee Subdivision, said point also being at the
<br />junction of the North line of Stolley Park Road and
<br />the West line of Roberta Avenue; thence proceeding
<br />North along the West line of Roberta Avenue for a
<br />distance of 12.5 feet; thence deflecting left in a
<br />southwesterlv direction for a distance of 16 feet:
<br />thence defle~ting left along the North line of Stolley
<br />Park Road for a distance of 10 feet to the point of
<br />beginning,
<br />
<br />from the mortgage given thereon, together with other property,
<br />by Lois J. Schreiber, which mortgage is recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebras~a.
<br />
<br />And in consideration of said payment it does hereby remise,
<br />release, and forever quitclaim unto said Lois J. Schreiber, her
<br />heirs and assigns forever, all and singular, the land and premises
<br />hereinbefore described, together with all and singular the tene-
<br />ments, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging; but it
<br />is expressly stipulated, agreed and understood that said mortgage
<br />is and shall be in full force, virtue and effect as against all
<br />the real estate described therein except the parcel herein
<br />released.
