<br />r <br /> <br />83-001586 <br /> <br />NEBRASKA MORTGAGE <br /> <br />This Mortgage made this ,L~ day of ~ <br />between <br /> <br />, 19a, <br /> <br />STEVE MILBOURN & NANCY J4MILBOURN, Husband and Wife, each <br />in his and her own individual right and as spouse of the <br />other, ("Mortgagor"), and <br /> <br />FLOYD SMITH & ERMA SMITH, Husband and Wife, as joint ten- <br />ants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in com- <br />mon, ("Mortgagee"). <br /> <br />In consideration of $10,000.00, <br /> <br />advanced by Mortgagee to Mortgagor who acknowledges receipt <br />of such sum.
