<br />HAYNF.;S, husband and wife, party of the first part, and HAROLD R~
<br />PLE.1DRUP and HAROLb F. PLE.JDRUP, ,JR., party of the second part,
<br />which expression includes their heirs, executors, administrators,

<br />WHERF.A.S, the party of the first part owns and has title to
<br />the following-described real estate located in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, less the
<br />following real estate:

<br />a distance of 1,467.63 feet to the point of
<br />beginning. Thence continuing North along the
<br />West line of said SE~ 1,162.93 feet to the ~TW

<br />WHEREAS, the party of the second part desires an easement
<br />for ingress and egress to and from land owned by the party of the
<br />second part which adjoins the property hereinabove described,

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby aqreed as follows:

<br />1. The party of the first part does herehv grant, assign
<br />and set over to the party of the second part a right-of-way
<br />easement upon, through and over the following-described real
<br />estate, to-wit:

<br />Beginning at the Southeast ISE) corner of the
<br />West One-Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />IWI.;SE~), Section Twentv-Four (24), Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of
<br />the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, thence north along the east line of
<br />said wI.; of the SE~ 1,466.54 feet, thence w~st
<br />parallel to the north line of said SF.~ 20.00
<br />feet, thence south parallel to the east line
<br />of said Nl.; of the SElt 1,466.55 feet to a
<br />point on the south line of said SE~, thence
<br />east along the south line of said SElt 20.00
<br />feet. to the point of beginning. Said parcel
<br />contains 0.67 acre, more or less.

<br />2. The party of the secono part hereby agrees to hold and
<br />save the said party of the. first part harmless from any and all
<br />damage arisinq from their use of the right, easement, and
