EVERETT HADENFELDT, being first duly sworn on his oath, de- posES and says' that he is a resident of RFD, Cairo,-Hall County, Ne:hraska; that he is the surviving spouse of Minnie Baade Haden- feldt who died testate and a resident of Ha11 County, Nebraska, on Aecember 24, 1483. She left her surviving as her-sole and only heirs-at-iaw, the following persons: Everett Hadenfeldt, your Affiant and surviving spause; Donna Rutz, daughter; and the three children of a predeceased son, Jack Hadenfeldt, and such being grandchildren of Minnie Baade Hadenfeldt and named as follows --- Monty Haden- feldt, Ricky-Hadenfeldt and Darren Hadenfeldt. That the decedent died seized and possessed of no separately owned assets and cio proceedings for probate of her Will has been commenced and none is contemplated. The only property in which the. decedent had an interest at the time of her dea h was property awned in joint tenancy with her surviving spouse, this Affiant Everett Hadenfeldt. The value of such jointly owned property did nat approach nor exceed $275,000.00 and there is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax and no Federal Estate Tax owing by reason of the death of Minnie B. Hadenfeldt. Among the assets owned by the decedent in joint tenancy with her husband, Everett Hadenfeldt, was the following des- cribed real estate: The North Half (N~} of Section Eleven (11), Township Twelve (1^) North, Range Tr~elve (12}, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
