Brownell, as Trustee, a Trust Deed wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property: (1) Lot Six (6), Block Eighty Five {85), Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; (2) Lot Fourteen (14), in Block Nine (9), Bogg's and Hills Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; (3) South One Hundred Forty and Two Tenths (140.2) Feet of Lot. Eleven (21), Geer Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hali County, Nebraska; as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Commercial Savings Company of Grand Island, Beneficiary of-said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was recorded on the 15 day of December 1981, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 81-006120. You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust Property was conveyed as security, u-wit: Tha*_ the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractu- ally due an April 12, 1983, through this date toge[her with interest accruing thereon. You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Tnist Deed to satisfy said obligation.
