(Filby) Walker, d/b/a FILBY TRUCKING COMPANY, Employer Account #0000507008. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The undersigned, Paul D. Kratz, attorney for Ronald E. Sorensen, Commissioner of Labor of the State of Nebraska, does hereby certify that B. J. (Filby) Walker, an individual, doing business as Filby Trucking Company, in Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, is indebted to the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State of Nebraska for contributions due on his employment for the second, third and fourth quarters of 1979 and the first and second quarters of 1980 in the sum of $572.67, and interest in the sum of $226, with interest at the rate of one percent per month on the sum of $572.67 from March 31, 1983. By reason thereof, said Ronald E. Sorensen, Commissioner of Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State of Nebraska, hereby claims a lien in the sum of $798.67, with interest at the rate of one percent per month on the sum of $572.67 until paid, upon any and all property, real or personal, of said B. J. (Filby) Walker, doigg business as Filby Trucking Company and specifically claims a lien on the following described real estate: 30 acres more or less in the South part of the North half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-two (22), Town- ship (10), North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point One Hundred Eleven feet {Ill') East of the SouthwesL corner of the North half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22 Township 10 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., go Northeast at an angle of forty-three degrees (430) from true North, 454 feet; thence East 731 feet; thence Northeast at an angle of fifty-four degrees, thirty minutes (54030"), 496 feet; thence East 474 feet; thence Northeast at an angle of Thirty-two degress (320)488 feet; thence Northeast to a point on the East line of said property; said point being 1,058 feet from the Southeast corner of said property; thence South along said East line to the Southeast corner of said property; thence West along the South line of said property, to the place of beginning, subject only to liens of prior record pursuant to Section 48-657, R.R.S.
