<br />timber, gravel, oil, gas, coal, or other minerals except as may 6e necessazy for ordinary domestic purposes.
<br />(1Q} To comply with all laws, ordvtances, and regulations affecting the property.
<br />{ I l) To pay or reimburse the Gavernment For expenses reasonably necessazy or incidental to the ptotecdon of the lien
<br />and priority hereof and to the enforcement of or the compliance with the provisions hereof and-of the note and any supply
<br />mentary agreement.(whe2lior -before or after defauhj, including but not limited to costs of evidence of title to and survey of
<br />the property, costs of recording this and othei instruments, attorneys' fees, trustees' Fees, court costs, and expenses of adver-
<br />tising, selling and tximeying thaproperty. -
<br />{12) Neither the property nor any portion thereat or interest therein shall be Rased, assigned, sold,.transfeaed, or
<br />encumbered voluntarily ar otherwise, without the written consent of the Governmenx. The Government shall have the sole
<br />and exclusive rt'ghts as mortgagee hereunder, including but nac limited to the power to grant consents, partial releases, sub- -
<br />ordinations, and satisfaction, and na hrsured holder shall have any rights, title or interest in or co the lien or any benefits - _
<br />hereof.

<br />xhe lien or the priority of this instrument ur Borrower's or any other party's liabiliry to the Government for payment of the
<br />note or dtbt secured by this inst:urntnt unless the Gavernment says otherwise in writing. HOWEVER, any forbearance by
<br />the Government--whether once or often-in exercising ary right ur remedy under this instrument, or otherwise afforded by
<br />applicable law, shall not be a waiver of ar preclude the exercise of any such right or remedy,
<br />f 15) If at any time it shall appear to the Government that Borrower mac be able to obtain a loan from a production
<br />credit association, a Federal land bank, or other responsible cooperative or private credit source, at reasonable rates and terms
<br />for loans for similar purposes and periods of time, Harrower will, upon the Government s request, apply fee and accept such
<br />loan in sufficient amount ro ppay the note and any indebtedness secured hereby ar:d to pay for any stock necessary to be
<br />purchased in a cooperative lending agency is cannectien with sucH loan.
<br />16} Sjefault hereunder shall canscicute default under any other real estate, ar under any personal property or other,
<br />security instrument held or insured by lire Government and executed ar assumed by Borrower, and default under any such
<br />other security instrument shall eanstitute default hereunder.

<br />t £8) The proceeds of foreclasum sale shall be applied in the following order to the payment of: (a) costs and expenses

<br />rower owing to at insured 6y the Government, and f;. any ?ralance to Harrower. At foreclosure nr ocher sale of all or any
<br />part of the property, the Gavernment and its agents may bid and purchase as a stranger and may pay the Government's share
<br />at the purchase price by crediting such amount on env debts of Borrower awing to or insured by the Gavernment, in the
<br />order prescribed above.
<br />(29) .Harrower agrees that the Government will not 6c bound b}- any present or future State law, fa'1 providing far

<br />approving a transfer of the property to a new Borrower. Barrowee expressly wolves the benefit of any such State laws.
