<br />112}, West of the 6th P.M., Hall Countv,
<br />Nebraska, containing 130 acres more or less.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the sain Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and
<br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantees and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, that Grantors are
<br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance ann that Grantors have good right and lawful
<br />authority to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to
<br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful
<br />claims aT all persons whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby
