<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />83-001478 <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its <br />City Council on September 28, 1982, enacted Ordinance Number <br />6845, which directed the conveyance of the real estate described <br />below and the manner and terms thereof. <br /> <br />2. Ordinance Number 6845 was published in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and <br />the terms thereof were published in the Grand Island Daily <br />Independent for three successive weeks on October 5, 12, 19, <br />1982, all as required by ~16-202 R.R.S. 1943. <br /> <br />3. No remons trance aga inst such sale was filed with the <br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty <br />days of the passage and publication of Ordinance Number 6845. <br /> <br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance Number 6845 provides that if no <br />remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City <br />Clerk shall make, execute and deliver to the Grantee, a Special <br />Warranty Deed for said real estate, and the execution of such <br />Deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a <br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in <br />consideration of One Dollar---($l.OO)---received from Grantee, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br /> <br />ROBERT L. JOHNSON, <br /> <br />a single person, herein called the Grantee, whether one or more, <br />the following-described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3), Block Eighteen (18), Original Town, <br />now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to 'as the premises, to have and to hold the <br />above-described premises unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs <br />and assigns forever, so long as the Grantee performs all of the <br />covenants and obligations contained in ,6. of the "Agreement for <br />Purchase of Real Estate" recorded as Document Number '1-\ ,..'
