<br />HAZEL HECHT, an unremarried widow, herein called the Grantor,
<br />in consideration of T1':N OOTJ'LARS (SIO.OOl ANn OTHER VALUABLE
<br />CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, does grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto HAZEL HECHT and BERNARD L. HECHT, as
<br />joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in
<br />common, herein called the Grantees, the following-described real
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot six 161 in Block Forty-One (41), in
<br />Charles Wasmer's Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand <sland, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs
<br />and assigns of the survivor of them forever.

<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantor
<br />is lawfully seized of said premises, that thev are free from
<br />encumbrance; that they are conveved subiect to covenants, condi-
<br />tions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; that
<br />Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />and that Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said
<br />oremises against the lawful claims of all persons \'lnomsoever.

<br />Tt is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event
<br />of the death Of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple
<br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
