<br />CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED
<br />
<br />The Grantors, MID-CONT~ENT ENTERPRISES, INC. and BISH,
<br />INC., two corporations organized and existing under and by
<br />virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska in consideration
<br />of SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT ($7,998.00)
<br />received from Grantees do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto EDWARD C. MORTENSEN and JOSEPHINE M. MORTENSEN,
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship
<br />and not as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees,
<br />the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), Block Two (2), Continental Gardens,
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging unto the Grantees and to Grantees' heirs
<br />and assigns forever.
<br />
<br />And the Grantors for themselves and their successors do
<br />hereby covenant with the Grantees and with Grantees' heirs
<br />and assigns that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises;
<br />that they are free from encumbrance, except easements and
<br />restrictions of record, including Declaration recorded in
<br />book 28, miscellaneous records at page 604, in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and Articles
<br />of Incorporation, By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of
<br />Continental Gardens Homeowners Association; that Grantors
<br />have good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />that Grantors warrants and will defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whosoever.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused these
<br />presents to be signed by its President and Vice President.
