GILLOON, herein called the Grantor,-for and in <br />consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.p0), LOVE-AND <br />AFFECTION, received from Grantee, does. grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto JOHN J. KRUPSKI, father of Grantor, <br />the fallowing described real estate situated in-Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />An undivided one-eighth (1/8) interest in and to Lot <br />Eight (8) in Ross and Ashton Park, the. same being an <br />Addition in the City according to recorded- plats <br />thereof, said Ross & Ashton Park being located and <br />being a subdivision of a part of Lots Fourteen (14) <br />and Eighteen (18) of the County Subdivision of the: <br />west Half (W~} of the Southwest Quarter (SW's,) and <br />part of the East Half (E~) of the Southwest Quarter <br />(SW;) of Section Fifteen (15) in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9}, West of the Sixth P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's <br />heirs and assigns forever. And I hereby covenant with the <br />said Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that I am <br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance, except easements of record and that I have good <br />right and lawful authority to sell the same; and Z hereby <br />covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of alI persons whomsoever.
