GILLOON, herein called the Grantor, for and in <br />consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), LOVE AND. <br />AFFECTION, received from Grantee, does grant., bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto HELEN KRUPSKI the following described <br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />An undivided one-eighth (1/8} interest in and to Lot <br />Eight (8) in Ross and Ashton Park, the same being an <br />Addition in the City according to recorded plats <br />thereof, said Ross & Ashtor. Park being located and <br />being a subdivision of a part of Lots Fourteen (14) <br />and Eighteen (18} of the County Subdivision of the <br />west Half (W'~} of the Southwest Quarter (SW 4) and <br />part of the East Half (E'~) of the Southwest Quarter <br />(SW ;) of Section Fifteen (15} in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9}, West of the Sixth P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's <br />heirs and assigns _`erever. And I hereby covenant with ±he <br />said Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that I am <br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance, except easements of record and that I have good <br />right and lawful authority to sell the same; and I hereby <br />covenant to warrant and defend the -title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
