KRUPSKI the following described <br />real estate situated in Ha11 County, Nebraska: <br />An undivided one-eighth (1/8) interest in and tc Lot <br />Eight (8) in Ross and Ashton Park, the same being an <br />Addition i.n the City according to recorded plats <br />thereof, said Ross & Ashton Park being located and <br />being a subdivision of a part of Its Fourteen (i4} <br />and Eighteen (18) of the County Subdivision of the <br />West Half (W~) of the Southwest Quarter (SW;) and <br />part of the East Half (E~) of the Southwest Quarter <br />(SW a) of Section Fifteen (15) in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances. <br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's <br />heirs and assigns forever. And I hereby covenant with the <br />said Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that I am <br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance, except easements of record and that I have good <br />right and lawful authority to sell the same; and I hereby <br />covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
