KNEFELKAMP, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, my true and lawful Attorney in Fact, for me and in my name, and to my use, to grant, bargain, sell and convey all of the following described real property, either at public or private sale: The South 14.95 Feet of Lot Ten (10) and the North 42.75 Feet of Lot Twelve (12), both Block Eighteen (18), University Pla~e, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for such price and on such terms as my said Attorney in Fact shall decide in his sole discretion and further to employ the services of a real estate broker, auctioneer and attorney in connection with any sale, hereby authorizing and empowering my said Attorney in Fact to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver listing agreements and deeds of conveyance for the above property with covenants of warranty, it being my intention that my said Attorney in Fact be empowered to do any and all things necessary or incidental in the sale of my above real property and generally to act in the pre- mises the same as I could do personally, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said Attorney in Fact shall do hereunder.
