<br />NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
<br />
<br />NOTICE is hereby given by Harold R, Janzen and Darline
<br />R, Janzen, as Sellers, and Wade R. Zersen and Holly L. Zersen,
<br />as Buyers, that the following described real property has
<br />been sold under a written installment sale contract dated
<br />the I~t~ day of February 1983, The property sold under
<br />said contract is described as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br />All of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), in Block
<br />Two (2), Packer and Barr's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, (except
<br />for the tract described in a Deed recorded in
<br />Book 158, Page 549 of Mortgages).
<br />
<br />The Sellers have executed, acknowledged, and delivered
<br />a deed conveying the real estate herein which deed is held
<br />in escrow by the escrow agent, Commercial National Bank
<br />and Trust Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, pursuant to the
<br />sale contract, which provides that the Sellers retain a
<br />first lien on the real property to secure fulfillment of
<br />the contract terms by the Buyers. The Buyers are entitled
<br />to possession of the real property from and after January
<br />2, 1984, Further information as to the terms and conditions
<br />of said installment sale contract would be available to
<br />persons with legitimate inquiry from either the Buyers,
<br />the Sellers, or the escrow agent,
<br />
