LOAN CHARGES <br /> <br />83-001'364 <br /> <br />r <br />I <br /> <br />It could be that the loan secured by the Security Instmment is subject to a law which sets maximum <br />!oan charges and that law is interpreted so that the intel'e6t or other loan charges collected or to be-collected <br />m connection with the loan would exceed pennitted limits.
