<br />IXlNAID R, SKALKA, a single person, whether one or nnre, herein
<br />cal.led the ~brtgagor, and The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Grand
<br />Island, Hall Coooty, Nebraska, herein called the M:>rtgagee, hereby agree as
<br />follows :

<br />1. furtgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate
<br />nnrtgage dated SepteIIi:Jer 16, 1981, and recorded on September 21, 1981, as
<br />D:lcument No, 81-004809 in the office of the Register of Deeds; Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of a certain nnrtgage note for $76,000.00, a valid
<br />subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor, and. payment of the reroo.inder of the
<br />principal and aCC2ued interest thereon shall be due according to the tenns of
<br />the aforsrentioned real estate nnrtgage, modified and payable in the following
<br />manner:

<br />The interest rate on the aforementioned note shall be 15.0%
<br />fran March 8, 1983, to maturity,
<br />
<br />2. All other tenns and conditions contained in the original real
<br />estate nnrtgage dated September 16, 1981, shall rEmrin the Salre, and this
<br />Modification Agreement is made a part of the original real estate nnrtgage
<br />by reference and shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
