That the marriage between the parties is <br />irretrievably broken and it is hereby dissolved and that <br />Dissolution shall not become final, except for purposes of <br />appeal, for six (6) months from January 21, 1976. <br /> <br />2. That the care, custody and control of the <br />minor children of the parties, Scott Loveland born June 10, <br />1958 and Alan Loveland born September 7, 1962, is granted <br />to Petitioner subject to the right of reasonable visitation <br />for Respondent; that Respondent shall pay to Petitioner the <br />sum of Sixty Dollars ($60,OO) per month per child until <br />each child shall reach the age of nineteen (19) years or <br />become emancipated from the home. <br /> <br />3. The Respondent shall receive the 1962 Chevrolet <br />automobile, Serial No. 216 69K 115 519. <br /> <br />4. Petitioner shall receive the family home, <br />and all right, title and interest to it, legally described <br />as: <br /> <br />Lot Four (4), in Block Seven (7) in South <br />Grand Island Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, <br /> <br />subject to all encumbrance thereon. <br /> <br />5. That Petitioner shall receive all household <br />goods and furnishings of the parties and the 1969 Dodge <br />automobile, Serial No. DL..,V,,(il.;J~i{;7?, subject to the <br />encumbrance thereon. ' <br /> <br />6. That Respo.ndent shall pay all other outstanding <br />debts due and owing of the parties specifically but not <br />exclusively a bill at the Grand Island Clinic and a bill at <br />St. Francis Hospital. <br /> <br />7. That Respondent shall pay his attorney the <br />sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) in legal fees; that <br />Petitioner shall pay her attorney and the costs of the <br />action. <br /> <br />8, That all payments and money made pursuant to <br />this Decree are to be paid in exclusively to the Clerk of the <br />District Court, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />BY THE COURT: <br /> <br /> <br />'1lUA1>IE D.
