<br />The GRANTORS, NELLIE CALNON MINOR, a single person; MARY MARZ
<br />MINOR, a single person; and NONO ALICE MINOR, a
<br />single person, being the same persons as Nellie
<br />Minor, Mary Minor, and Alice Minor, who were the
<br />devisees of the following-described
<br />real estate under the Will of Norman J. Eldridge,
<br />deceased,
<br />
<br />in consideration of and for the purpose of clearing title to the
<br />following-described real estate,
<br />
<br />hereby quitclaim and convey to the GRANTEES:
<br />
<br />MARY MARZ MINOR and NONO ALICE MINOR,
<br />
<br />
<br />as equal tenants in common, the following-described real estate
<br />as defined by Nebraska Revised Statute 76-201:
<br />
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NE~) of Section Fourteen
<br />(14), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, ex-
<br />cept a tract of land conveyed to Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described in the War-
<br />ranty Deed recorded as Document No, 82-001623 in
<br />the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />This Corrective Quitclaim Deed is given to correct the provisions
<br />of the Quitclaim Deed recorded as Instrument No, 80-000206 record-
<br />ed in the Register of.Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />January 16, 1980,
