Brownell, Trustee and Grantor, in performance <br />of said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given <br />in and by such instrument, and ir. consideration of One <br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and <br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, Grantee, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in .Nebraska <br />Revised Statutes Section 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NEB,,) of Section Twenty-Four (24), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10} West of the 6th P.M., <br />in Ha11 County, Nebraska, more particularly described <br />as follows: Beginning at the center of said Section <br />Twenty Four (24); thence Northerly along and upon the <br />West line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 4) a distance <br />of Seven Hundred Fifteen and Eight Tenths (715.8) Feet, <br />to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of <br />li.S.
