Brownell, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and ir. consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in .Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NEB,,) of Section Twenty-Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10} West of the 6th P.M., in Ha11 County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the center of said Section Twenty Four (24); thence Northerly along and upon the West line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 4) a distance of Seven Hundred Fifteen and Eight Tenths (715.8) Feet, to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of li.S. Highway No. 30; thence deflecting right 60°33' and running Northeasterly along and upon said right- of-way line, a distance of Thirty Seven and Nine Tenths (37.9) Feet to the actual place of beginning; thence continuing Northeasterly along and upon said right-of- way line, a distance of Two Hundred Eighty Seven and Eight Hundredths (287.08) Feet; thence deflecting right 90°00' and running Southeasterly a distance of Two Hundred (200.0) meet; thence deflecting right 90°00' and running Southwesterly a distance of Four Hundred (400.0) Feet to a point Thirty Three (33.0) Feet East of the West '_ine of the Northeast Quarter (NE4~ thence Northerly parallel *-o ~yest line of the Northeast Quarter (NE 4); a distance of Two Hundred Twenty Nine and Sixty Eight Hundredths (229.68) Feet to the actual place of beginning. This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Trust Deed recorded as Document No. 81-003967 on July 30, 1981, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76- 1014. Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in his individual capacity in anyway by reason of this instrument.
