Revised Statutes Section 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: 6 A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast 'r Quarter (NE 4) of Section Twenty Four (24), Town- ship Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the bth P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the center of said Section Twenty Four (24); thence Northerly along and ugon the West line of said Northeast Quarter (idE4) a distance of Seven Hundred Fifteen and Eight Tenths (715.8) Feet, to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 30; thence deflecting right 60° 33' and running Northeasterly along and upon said right-of-way line, a distance of Thirty Seven and Nine Tenths (37.9) Feet to the actual place of beginning; thence continuing North- easterly along and upon said right-of-way line, a distance of Two Hundred Eighty Seven and-Eight Hundredths (287.08) Feet.; thence deflecting right 90°00' and running Southeasterly a distance of Two Hundred (200.0) Feet; thence deflecting right 90°00' and running Southwesterly a distance of Four - Hundred (400.0) Feet to a point Thirty Three (33.0) Feet East of the West line of said Northeast Quarter (NE w); thence Northerly parallel to West line of the Northeast Quarter (NE 4), a distance of Two Hundred Twenty Nine and Sixty Eight Hundredths (229.68) - Feet to the actual place of beginning. This recenveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Trust Deed recorded as Document No. 81-00430ti on August 21, 1981, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76- 1014. Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in his individual capacity in anyway by reason of this instrument.
