Nevrivy, husband and-wife; <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, Hall County, Nebraska, Debtors, for the <br />purpose of securing the payment of $88;80D.00, and- interest at 11~ <br />per annum, computed upon the unpaid balance, according to a bond des- <br />cribed as follows: <br />Dated the 13th day of January, 1984, in the. original amount of <br />$88,800.00 bearing interest at 11~ per annum, computed upon the unpaid: <br />principal balance, which rate however, is adjusted annually, accprding. <br />to the terms of said bond. monthly installments. of $645.fi7 per month; <br />which will apply first upon interest and the balance in reduction df <br />the principal, however adjustments t^ the interest rate. will' cause- <br />changes in the monthly installment amount as directed by said-bond; <br />the first such monthly installment payment payable on the.-first day <br />of march, 1984, <br />which bond was given the Nome Federal Savings and Loan Association <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, the debtors do hereby grant, mortgage and <br />assign unto said secured party the residence house, being an improve- <br />ment upon a leasehold and all appurtenances thereto, said residence. <br />house being situated upon the Lots One (1 ), Two (2) and Three (3) <br />having a lake front footage of One Hundred Fifty-five (155) feet, situ- <br />ated on the West side of the West portion of Kuester Lake and being <br />a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E~SW4) in Section <br />Thirteen (13}, Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />Sixth Principal i"teridian, Ha11 County, Nebraska: Such Lot is shown <br />on plat in the possession of the Lessor, including any accessions, <br />accessories, parts and equipment now and hereafter affixed thereto. <br />The debtors warrant the above described property is free and clear <br />of all liens and encumbrances; that they will pay all personal taxes <br />before the same become delinquent; that they will maintain and pay <br />the premiums for fire and extended coverage insurance on said property <br />in an amount not less than the unpaid balance of the indebtedness. <br />That if they fail to pay any such taxes or premiums, that the secured <br />party may pay the same and any such payments by the secured party shall <br />be a part of this indebtedness, payment of which shall. be secured by <br />this `inaocing statement anti interest thareon shall accrue at the rate <br />of interest provided in the bond of -even date herewith, payment of <br />
