<br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE,. INC., hereby
<br />consents to the conditional assignment to gO2gg 1~~$~tAi:? SAVXNGS
<br />.. AND LOAN ASSOCZ~ION-OF--GRAND I$t;AND °3, (Secured Party), by
<br />THOMAS E. NEVRIVY and JANE B. NEVRIVY (Debtors), of .a Lease
<br />dated December 16, 1983, wherein Kuester-Lake, Inc., is the
<br />Lessor,~and Thomas E. Nevrivy and .Jane B. Nevrivy_ are-the
<br />Lessee or Assignee of the original Lease, such Lease com-
<br />menced December 16, 1983, and terminates December 15,-20.18,
<br />and pertains to:
<br />Lots 1, 2, and 3 on the West side of the West portion
<br />of Kuester Lake, in a part of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E~SWi) of Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of
<br />the bth P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, having a lake
<br />front footage of 155 Feet; and twrdered on the Nor
<br />therly side of said Lots and on the Easterly side of
<br />said Lot 1 by a co~unon road, as shown on a plat in the
<br />possession of the Lessor.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment, to which this Lessor consents,

<br />of GRAND ISLAND. (Secured Party), as additional security for.
<br />payment of a note (bond) in the amount of $88,800.00 ,
<br />and a Financing Statement covering the above-described gremises
