That a portion of the east/west alley in <br /> <br />Stehr's Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br /> <br />more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point 153.5 feet South of the South <br />right-of-way line of V,S. Highway 30, said point <br />also being the Southwest corner of Lot 12, Stehr's <br />Subdivision; thence proceeding South along the <br />East line of Lot 2, Stehr's Subdivision, for a <br />distance of 16 feet; thence deflecting left in <br />an easterly direction along the North line of Lots <br />3, 4, and 5, Stehr's Subdivision, for a distance <br />of 290 feet; thence deflecting left in a northerly <br />direction for a distance of 16 feet; thence <br />deflecting left in a westerly direction 16 feet <br />from and parallel to the North line of Lots 3, <br />4, and 5, Stehr's Subdivision, for a distance of <br />290 feet to the point of beginning, all as shown <br />on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference, being the <br />ally way of Lots 3, 4, 5, 12, and part of Lot 11, <br />all in Stehr's Subdivision; <br /> <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, vacated; provided and conditioned, that <br /> <br />the City reserves for the public the entire vacated alley <br /> <br />for a public utility easement to construct, operate, main- <br /> <br />tain, extend, repair, replace, and remove sanitary sewer <br /> <br />mains, water mains, storm drainage lines, overhead and under- <br /> <br />ground electric transmission and distribution lines, pad- <br /> <br />mount transformers, secondary terminals, high voltage <br /> <br />te.rminals, gas mains, telephone lines, television lines, <br /> <br />and appurtenances thereto, in, over, underneath, and through <br /> <br />said utility easement, together with the right of ingress <br />and egress through and across the utility easement for the <br />purpose of exercising the rights herein granted; no trees, <br />shrUbbery, fences, improvements, structures, or buildings <br />of any kind whatsoever shall be allowed in, upon, or over <br />tne utility easement herein retained. <br />
