<br />RELEASE
<br />The undersigned, for themselves, and for their successors
<br />and assigns, heieby release and quitclaim to TCI, Inc., a
<br />corporation, any right, title, or interest they may have in or
<br />to the following described-real estate:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast-
<br />Quar-ter {NE's} of Section Twenty-four {24), Township'
<br />Eleven (11} North, Range Ten (10}, West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall Ccanty, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows. Beginning at the center of:
<br />said section twenty-four (24); thence northerly
<br />along and upon the west line bf said northeast
<br />quarter (NE 4} a distance of seven hundred fifteen
<br />and eight tenths (715.8) feet, to a point on the
<br />southerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 30;
<br />thence deflecting right 60'33' and running. north-
<br />easterly along and upon said right-of-way-line, a
<br />distance of thirty-seven and nine tenths (37.9}-feet
<br />to the actual place of beginning; thence continuing
<br />northeasterly along and upon said right-of-way line,
<br />a distance of two hundred eighty-seven ~ eight
<br />hundredths (287.08) feet; thence deflecting right
<br />90'00' and running southeasterly a distance of two.
<br />hundred (200.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90.00'
<br />and running southwesterly a distance of four hundred
<br />(400.0) feet to a point thirty-three (33.0) feet east
<br />of the west line of said northeast quarter (NEB};
<br />thence northerly parallel to said west line of-the
<br />northeast quarter (NE 4); a distance of two hundred
<br />twenty-nine and sixty-eight hundredths (229.68) feet
<br />to the actual place of beginning and containing 1.577
<br />acres, more or less, subject to channel easement
<br />situated in the northwest corner of described property.
<br />This release pertains to any and all rights which the undersigner
<br />may have in said property, which rights may exist by virtue of a
<br />certain contract of sale for real estate between Americana
<br />Investments Group, Inc. and TCI, Inc., dated the ~ ~ day of
<br />~; 1481, and an Addendum to Contract and Consent to
<br />Assi' went, dated August 18, 1981. The consideration for this
<br />release is the performance by TCI, Inc., of all terms and
<br />obligations required of it under the aforementioned contract.
<br />Any escrow agent is authorized to release and deliver to
<br />TCI, Inc., or its successors or assigns, any deed, abstract, or
<br />other related documents.
