<br />Trustee, and SUPERIOR MORTGAGE, INC., Beneficiary, and subse-
<br />quently assigned to NEBRASKA MORTGAGE FINANCE FUND, by Assignment dated
<br />September 27, 1982, and recorded October 6, 1982, in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />No. 82-004340, said Deed of Trust covering the property described

<br />being One Hundred (IOO.C) Feet South of the Northwest Corner of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SWµ); thence running Southerly along the West line
<br />of said Southwest Quarter (SW-'4) a distance of One Hundred 'Twenty Three
<br />and Thirty Eight Hundredths (123.38) Feet; thence running Easterly and
<br />parallel to the North line of said Southwest Quarter (SW~) a distance
<br />of One Hundred Ninety Five (195.0) Feet; thence running Northerly and
