(d) Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner the sum of $1,000.00; said amount to carry interest at the stabutory rate if not paid by January 22, 1981. (e) Respondent to pay costs of this action together with $500.00 to apply on Petitioner's attorney fees. (f) Petitioner is restored to her former name of Lafrance. (g) Each party shall execute all documents necessary to effect the division of property as set forth above.
