<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That CONSTANCE L. BUDD and LEROY BUDD, wif.e and
<br />husband, each in her or his own right and as spouse of the other, of Hall County,

<br />said Northeast Quarter (NE\) and proceeding along and upon the East line of the said
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE~) a distance of Four Hundred Fifty Feet (450'), thence proceed-
<br />ing Westerly parallel to the North line of the said Northeast Quarter (NE~) a distance
<br />of Five Hundred Ten Feet (510'), thence proceeding Southerly parallel to the East
<br />line of the said Northeast Quarter (NE\) a distance of Three Hundred FiHy'Feet (350'),
<br />thence proceeding Easterly parallel to the North line of the Northeast Quarter (NE\)
<br />a distance of One Hundred Feet (100'), thence proceeding Southerly parallel with the
<br />East line of said Northeast Quarter (NE\) a distance of One Hundred Feet (100'),
<br />thence proceeding Easterly along and upon the South line of the said Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE~) a distance of Four Hundred Ten Feet (410') to the point of beginning, containing
<br />5.039 acres, more or less.

<br />FIRST REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
<br />
<br />This mortgage is subject to encumbrances of record to Commodity Credit Corporation.
<br />
<br />The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee simple, including all
<br />the rights of homestead and dower.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, with all the appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging, unto the said mortgagee and to his, her or their assi9ns forever, provided
<br />always, and these presents are upon the express condition that if the said mortgaqor,
<br />his, her or their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns shall payor cause to
<br />be paid to the said mortgagee, hJLs, her ~ their heirs, executors, administrators or

<br />with interest according to the tenor and effect of the mortgagors written promissory
<br />note bearing even date with these presents and shall pay all taxes and assessments

<br />becomes delinquent, and keep the buildinqs on said premises insured for the sum of
<br />$100,000.00, loss, if any, payable to the said mortgagee, then these presents to be
<br />void, otherwise to be and remain in full force.

<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED (1) That if the said mortgagor shall fail to pay such taxes or
<br />procure such insurance, the said mortgagee may pay such taxes and procure such insur-
<br />ance; and the sum so advanced, with interest at - ".r- percent, shall be repaid by
<br />said mortgagor, and this mortgage shall stand as security for the same. (2) That a
<br />failure to pay any of said money, either principal or interest, when the same becomes
<br />due, or a failure to comply with any of the foregoing agreements, shall cause the whole
