STUEVEN and ,Tut,U: A. STUEVEN, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as " Stuevens " l WIT N E SSE T H: WHEREAS, Harder is the owner of the following-described real estate situated in Hall County, NebraSka, to-wit: A parcel of land located in the "lorthwest Quarter (NWl:!) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Twelve North, Range Eleven West (T12N, ~IIW) of the Sixth 16th\ P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said NW~, thence North along the West line of said NW% a distance of R36.73 feet, thence East 60.00 feet to a point on the East right-oT-wav line of existing State highway, and the point of beginning. Thence continuing East 376.40 feet, thence North parallel to the West line of said NW%. 390 feet, thence West 376.40 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line oT said hiqhway, said point being 60.00 feet Bast of the West line of said NW%, thence South along said right-of-way line 3QO. 00 Teet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 3.3~ acres, more or less; and ~ERFAS, Stuevens are the owners of a parcel of real estate which adioins Harder's real estate as hereinabove described; and \iHEREAS, Stuevens require an easement from Harder for access to the existing underground natural gas pipelines which currently serve an existing irrigation well and which pass under, across, in and through Ii part o~ Harder's property, as more specifically described and encircled in the survev attached hereto, marked Exhibit RAR and incorporated herein and made a part hereof bv this reference; and NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (S10.00) to be paid by Stuevens to Harder, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, Harder does hereby grant unto Stuevens an easement in, to and upon the property described on Exhibit BA-, attached hereto, for the sole purpose 0" granting access to Stuevens Tor the repair, service and maintenance of underground natural gas pipelines which pass under said property. Tt is agreed and understood between the parties hereto that this easement covers an area existing six (6l feet on either side of the underground natural gas pipelines as nerein- above described. Tt is further agreed and understood between the parties hereto that this easement is to run with the land and shall be. binding on all persons and all parties claiming owner.bip of the SaA\e, their heirs. personal representatives, ....igns. grant.ees and devisees forever.
