<br />NOTCR OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned, AREND &. BAACR, Trustee- udder' a: certain <br />Trust Deed dated February 9, 1982;. wherein FLOYD A. STOUT.°and <br />LILLIE M. STOUT, husband and wife; were the Trustors, which was - <br />filed for record in the office of the Register of Deed"s` of Hall. <br />County, Nebraska, on Diarch 4, 19$2, as document number'$2-000815 <br />and contains as the trust property, the following=described real <br />estate: <br />Lot Six (6) in Block One Hundred Thirty- <br />Four (134.) in Union Pacific Railway <br />Company's Second Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason <br />that the-said Trustors, Floyd A. Stout and Lillie M. Stout:, have <br />failed to make the installment payment of One Hundred.. <br />Ninety-Seven and 02/100 Dollars (5197.02) by reason. of .the-fact <br />their check number 613 drawn upon the Five Points Bank of Grand- <br />Island was returned unpaid. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned. Trustee hereby <br />elects to sell or cause to be sold the above real estate to <br />satisfy the obligations of a certain Promissory Note. dated <br />December 1, 19$1, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed <br />referred to above which secures that obligation. <br />" r~~ <br />Arend R.
